A group of architects spent a week in India at our AIDS orphanage and gave their time to draw up a four phase build-out of the six acres of land we purchase for the home. Phases one and two have been completed (the girls dorm and kitchen). It has been so wonderful for the girls to finally have a safe place for sleeping and real live bathrooms with running water. Prior to this they had no bathrooms, and the 150 meals per day were cooked on an open campfire. So now it’s time to build out the rest of the home. Phase 3 will be the boys dorm, and phase four will be the cafeteria which can be double used as a church auditorium. So I guess we should call it a cafetorium! It will also have a nurses station and a guest room.
